Jicama seeds

 Jicama is a tuberous legume native to Mexico and South America. Also known as "Chinese potato" or "water jicama", the climbing plant can reach up to 5 meters in height and requires support for better development. Its white, fleshy root can be up to 30 cm in diameter and is the only edible part of the plant. It is best to consume it fresh or in stews.

Its name comes from the Nahuatl "xicamatl", from xitl 'grass' and camatl 'swelling'
